		<description>if you use low cost batteries they will chirping like you didn,t change them. they didn,t have the powerto run the smoke detector. also you got to putnew battary in and push to test it and that will set it agian.</description>

		<description>most smoke detectors need to be &quot;reset&quot; after changing the battery.  look for a button and hold it down for 5 seconds or so.  this should stop chirping.</description>
