How do I power my Fire Alarm?

I brought a Fire Alarm w/ Strobe Light and Pull Rank around a year ago. They are groundbreaking new. How do I Power it? I know you need a Control Panel is there any where I may possibly get one other than e-bay low-cost? Is there a further way I may possibly power it? Any help would be momentously appreciated!
