How can a blind person pull a fire alarm in a fire?
if there was a fire and someone who was blind was outside and learned the fire how would they pull the alarm if the information were not in Braille? If they were with their parent may possibly the parent guide their hand to the handle so they may possibly learn how to pull it for next time? May possibly they break the glass? Would it take them a bit longer to pull the alarm? I am asking for a supporter who is a teenager and is blind how would one pull a fire alarm if it did not have Braille on it?

Obviously, the seeing eye dog pulls the alarm for the blind person.
Fire Alarm Pull stations are rquired to have braille on them for the use of blind persons – if you are in a building with pull stations that do not have brail they need to update their Fire Alarm ASAP or may be shut down by the Fire Marshal.
If this random bystander is blind, how is he even going to find the fire alarm in the first place?

If they had a seeing eye dog, the dog would pull it.
If they do not, they would leave or someone hopefully would be helping them leave while a seeing person pulled the alarm.
