GENT Vigilon Full System Test
This is a full system test of my GENT vigilon fire alarm system. I have a heap of new devices but am still a few detectors and sounders small! The new devices include: 2X Voice sounder strobes (1 is broken now) 1X s-quad sensor CO strobe speech 2X manual callpoints 3X optical heat sensors 5X terminal plates 2X 34780 heat sensor sounders 2X s2 3 way sounders (1 is for the spur) 1X amber strobe (outside) The voice sounder strobe broke soon after this video unfortunately. the voice sounders …

Only my room is drilled and around the rest of the house its sticky fixed (sticky foam pads). The panel is held on with 4 screw cuz its very heavy
My school has a bell and I’ve worked out that the tone of the bell is the first tone of the fire alarm.
right iv got a request, may possibly u set the alarm off via one of the detectors like the one in the hall or some where and go out side and show the ext sounder plz
I cannot get the bell tone on mine! I need the PC comissioning tool and cable then i may possibly do it in 30 seconds!!!
can u do the bellz on urz? we have a bell sound on ours and the fire alarm sounds the same as yours. can u do the bell sound? if u can – can u do a vid plz =D fanx

you man the heat sensor sounder? that ones faulty and the sounder doesnt work very well

And BTW At 0:34 Why Does The Alarm Sound Lower Then The One At The Beggining? Are The Tones Or Sounders Diffrent??

well, im probbably oing to place all my cables in the loft, and ill be using alot of trunking aswell
I have taken the top part of my doorframe off and ran them through those and then underneath my carpet with some tissue paper securing them from waering away.
also, how have you got the wires to the devices downstarirs, cuz wen i get my devices im going to place some downstairs
hav u wired up the amber strobe yet, also why dos the vigilon hav a fault?
The s-quad and voice sounder downstairs work but just the one outisde my room doesnt work.

no its more like an american horn like a “truealert”
a small fuse burst and the rest of them couldnt hack the power and all burned out.
so is that like a bell tone then?

no its got a HF buzzing and a LF buzzing
its burned out. All I remember is my smoke detector on the system being triggered by the smoke that came from the sounder.
