Bedroom Fire Alarm – System Test 2
System test 2 of my fire alarm system in my bedroom , now with a heat detector in the bathroom. I dont run the optical dectector yet as i am wating for a transistor.

By the way , the transistors kept burning out so i am now going to use a realay instead.
he cant use GENT S-QUADS U MONG!!! they need a Vigilon or NANO system from GENT to makethem work u mong!!!

They are low-cost, Gent stuff is best, you know that dont you?
Low-cost – the sensors are £12, the sounder is £16 and the callpoint £6 , whats incorrect with them ?
Why have you used low-cost fire sensors? Why not use Gent S-Quads??? You Mong!!!
I used burglar alarm wire.
The wire goes from my sounder down the trunking (hostile to my bed ) and to a 18v dc transformer, and the heat detector resets because once it has been set off by heat and stays on , any breakege in the flow of electricty (when the detector is twisted it breaks the circuit)resets the system, why the heat dector stays on and works properly , i dont know but it does.
How comes it resets without a panel? Where does the wire go to from the sounder to behind your bed? What wire did you use for the system?
